Tea Party Tuesday!

Hello my lovelies

Another Tea Party Tuesday has rolled around. I swear the weeks are going faster. I'm happy to see the autumn  boys and girls I really am, getting the tights out starting to knit my snoods for the winter again. Expect lots of posts on the snooding, I adore them!

But we're back to gauzy tea party days this Tuesday and I want to focus on tea dresses this week. I bought a tea dress the other day on eBay which has been my inspiration for this Tea Party Tuesday. I adore tea dresses and honestly think you can get away with them no matter what shape or size you are. One of the best things about tea dresses for me, they flatter curvy hips! Thank goodness. The best tea dresses out there skim over the hips lightly and enhance the waist. An absolute must.

This little beaut is from Topshop, I loved the simplicity

I was desperate to put a picture of lovely Audrey in. I love this dress, although its not conventionally a tea dress I had to put it in. Just gorgeous.

I saw this and just coveted it so badly! Its a Marc by Marc Jacobs dress called Yoko. I loved the design, unusual because its so casual and wearable. Want!

This is another pick that I was really excited to put in the post. This is a 1930's style tea dress from Suzannah.com. The print is beautifully 1930's with some victory rolls and t bar shoes well I just think it would be fabulous.

I know I know, this is very similar! It is from the same design swatch and also from Suzannah.com I loved the tie front and kimono style edging. Even though the design is similar it looks like a completely different dress. I might have to start saving now though as it is £355. But isn't it pretty?

Well gang that was a little dress pondering post for this Tea Party Tuesday a little break from the norm. I'm still gazing at that dress longingly...

Must have...
