And I'm Off to the Races: Victoria Square Ladies Day Launch

The FABB girls were invited to the launch of Down Royal's Ladies Day at Victoria Square. It featured a gorgeous catwalk of looks which will turn heads at Ladies Day this September. Stores like Reiss and LK Bennet were featured along with Cruise and Coast, big names like Vivienne Westwood and Just Cavalli were featured along with local milliner extraordinaire Grainne Maher whose hats we all adored. In all it was a great turn out of styles and pieces which showed off the fashion clout of Victoria Square.

My favourite looks had to be the more vintage inspired 20's and 50's but it was a great show!

Trouser suit, yes ladies you can get away with them this year and I love how feminine it looks.

Jacket, Trousers- Pied a Terre at HOF
Top-Biba at HOF
Hat- Linea at HOF
Heels- Kurt Geiger
Jewellery - Stephen Webster at Lunn's the Jewellers

One of my favourite looks, channelling the 1920's with a longer line, lace and long pearls.

Top, Skirt, Heels, Clutch, Belt- LK Bennet
Fascinator, Lace Gloves- Accessorize
Freshwater Pearls- Lunn's the Jewellers

Dress, Jacket, Hat, Belt- Reiss
Heels- Kurt Geiger
Bracelet- Lunn's the Jewellers

You definitely need a killer pair of legs to pull this off!

Dress- Herve Leger at Cruise
Coat - DVF at Cruise

This dress absolutely highlights the hourglass figure with contour colouring.

Dress, platforms- Ted Baker
Hat- Grainne Maher
Bracelets- Lunn's the Jewellers
Necklace- Lunn's the Jewellers

I really loved this little dress, perfect for the races but also really beautiful for an older bride that doesn't want the traditional bridal look, smart, feminine and really elegant.

Coat, Shift Dress, Clutch, Fascinator- Coast
Heels- Ted Baker
Earrings- Lunn's the Jewellers

This was my favourite and if I had to pick a look to go with this would be it. Channelling the 1950s with the swing dress and cute bow print.

Dress- Hobbs
Heels- Kurt Geiger
Clutch- Accessorize
Hat- Grainne Maher

I can't wait to start putting an outfit together for Ladies Day, it will have to be vintage inspired and I'll need a raucous hat!
So girls, what would you wear to the races?

Much Love
