Recently the Fabb girls were invited to attend the Andrew Mulvenna Nite Tribe charity event. It was a great cause, Ovarian Cancer Research, a cause close to the staff's hearts and it was a pleasure to attend and support the event.
I was looking forward to attending and thought I had better spend a little more time than usual on my hair being that Mulvenna's salon is well known for its hair prowess. The make up is pictured below, very minimal base, Bourjois Healthy mix serum and Instant Eyes liner transfers and a little mascara. I thought it would be better to let the liner be the focus and not anything else. So I kept it very 1960s to match my 1960s bob.
A photo heavy post but check out the bottom of the blog for a tutorial video from one of the stylists!
Here's a close up on the liner transfers. Would you know they were transfers?
First of all we started with a mid summer fashion show, some amazing styles. I loved this mustard dress!
After the fashion show we were treated to a fabulous burlesque performance!
Burlesque wonderfulness! Aren't those suspender belts utterly amazing! I actually need a set!
Now meet some of the Fabb girls!

Me with my festival look!
As you can see my hair got some serious rock wave action. I don't think the photos capture it very well, but I asked the stylist who did it to show me how he used the straighteners to create the S curl so that I could video it. Here it is!
In all it was a brilliant night, was wonderful catching up with the Fabb girls and Andrew Mulvenna's staff were just so lovely and fun. A great night had by all and I hope lots of money was raised!
Much Love folks
