Just As Free As My Hair: Jenoris Pistachio Range Review

Hello folks, I have a quick little review for you all today. I got an email a few weeks ago asking me had I used the Jenoris Pistachio range, as they had heard great things about it. I hadn't used it, but I decided I should find out more about the brand.

Jenoris is a professional range which uses essential and omega oils to make the hair softer, stronger and healthier. Those of you who know me know that when it comes to difficult hair, I have some of the most challenging; it's curly, frizzy, dry and coarse. A true challenge.

I used the Pistachio Shampoo for coloured/dry hair followed by the Pistachio Hair Mask. I left the hair mask on for approximately ten minutes as my hair is very dry.

I blow dried my hair with Bumble and Bumble Straight blow dry balm which I'll be reviewing soon. Then I ran my straighteners over it to pull the kinks out. I finished with the Pistachio Glaze.

The scent is quite fruity but not overpowering, it smells clean rather than heavily perfumed.I have quite a sensitive scalp and so far I haven't had any problems with it. My hair is very shiny, I think the pictures, emphasise that. It does feel strong although not as soft as I had hoped, but the shine, strength and cleanness of my hair is lovely.

In all I enjoyed using it, I think it does give the hair a tremendous shine and added strength. If it will work well with my difficult hair then I'd say for relatively straightforward hair it will be great. I liked the Glaze I think if you have curls it will work well for defining them. It's very light and feels almost like a gel without the hold, a little goes a very long way.

So that's all from me, hope you found that helpful. Keep the questions and suggestions coming and I'll try and cover them all!

Much Love
